IRFU's multi-million property portfolio surrounging Aviva Stadium revealed
The Irish Rugby Football Union (IRFU) has quietly amassed a massive property portfolio in Dublin 4, and has become a landlord under a trust company, renting out one, two-bed house for €6,500 a month.
It is estimated that its bank of over 20 properties close to Aviva Stadium is now worth in the region of €30m.
