As the 15-second DRS timer counted down, the MI opener was seen discussing with fellow opener Ryan Rickleton about the call before finally going upstairs. While, ball-tracker showed that it just about pitched outside the line of leg stump and that saved Rohit. But fans quickly pointed out that the signal came just after the 15-second deadline. "What's the point of having the DRS timer if it won't be used. By the time Rohit Sharma reviewed that, the countdown had already elapsed, and the umpire did not take that into consideration," wrote one.
