Somehow, 2024/2025 has been the season of the interim coach in Irish rugby. It should be no surprise that the only men’s team operating with stability is the one that’s performing.
A couple of weeks ago we were filing a reaction piece from Munster’s win over Connacht at MacHale Park and the strangeness of the current set-up struck us when attempting to clarify the official title of the men we’d just interviewed.
