Seajays Swim Club has once again asserted its dominance by clinching the Karen Beaubrun Swim Championships, held at the Rodney Heights Aquatic Centre from June 7-8, marking their eighth consecutive title victory. In a fiercely contested event, Seajays surged ahead with an impressive 1,321 points, successfully fending off a strong challenge from Sharks Swim Club, which finished with 1,280 points. Lightning Aquatic Swim Club (555 points), RR Aquatic (415 points), Southern Flying Fish (339 points), and RHAC (194 points) followed in the competition. Not only did Seajays secure another championship, but they also claimed the High Points category, dominating with eight podium finishes while Lightning Aquatic garnered three and Sharks Swim Club two. This meet, sanctioned by World Aquatics and hosted in collaboration with the Saint Lucia Aquatic Federation (SLAF), clearly showcased the relentless determination of Saint Lucia’s top swimmers.
