Small Airplane Crashes at London Southend Airport

Authorities are responding to a fiery plane crash at London's Southend Airport, where the airport confirmed to Newsweek that "there has been a serious incident."What To KnowEssex Police were alerted shortly before 4 p.m. local time on Sunday of a "collision involving one 12-metre (40 foot) plane," the police said in a Facebook statement.The Independent reported the plane was a Beechcraft B200 leaving for Lelystad in the Netherlands.
