Cricket Association of Bengal (CAB) president Snehasish Ganguly says he and his wife Arpita survived a life-threatening boat accident in Puri Beach on Saturday (May 24). The duo was reportedly saved by local people and fishermen after their boat capsized.
“It was a life-threatening accident. The boat capsized and we were saved by the local people and fishermen. I thank Lord Jagannath. This is sort of second life for us,” Snehasish was quoted as saying by Cricbuzz.
Snehasish, a former Bengal cricketer, is the brother of legendary India captain Sourav Ganguly.
