Viewers of Sort Your Life Out were left picking their jaws up off the floor during the latest episode when Stacey Solomon revealed that the family had set a new record for the most clothes ever seen on the show. The BBC programme, which features the former Loose Women panellist assisting families in decluttering and revamping their homes, often stirs up a whirlwind of emotions for all involved. In this week's episode, Stacey was one 'Dilly down', as professional organiser Dilly Carter couldn't join the team, prompting her hubby Joe Swash to step in. The crew headed to Coventry in the West Midlands to lend a hand to the Apabahi-Heer's, a bustling blended family of five. Every corner of their home was bursting at the seams, and with their daughter back from uni, they were desperate for some decluttering magic. As Stacey and the gang surveyed the house, she declared that at least half of the items had to go, especially the mountains of clothes and shoes. After packing up 500 boxes, the contents of the family's home were finally en route to the warehouse. With the clutter cleared, the family were astounded by the amount of space they actually had, reports the Mirror. Upon arriving at the warehouse, Stacey dropped the bombshell that the family had smashed a show record. The team had tallied up 437 pairs of shoes, 39 phone chargers, and over 1,000 kitchen utensils. Stacey then revealed the family had the largest collection of clothes in the history of Sort Your Life Out. "You have 6,568 items of clothing," Stacey informed the flabbergasted family. "It is the most clothes we have ever seen and you are Sort Your Life Out record breakers." Stacey also counted 28 suitcases in the mix - and it was time to start the mammoth task. Fans were left gobsmacked at the amount of clothing, as one penned on X, formerly known as Twitter: "I have never seen so many shoes and clothes in my life. Stacey and her team have their work cut out this week." Another chimed in: "She can't possibly wear all her clothes, shoes and makeup so she just needs to be ruthless #SortYourLifeOut." Stacey's son Zachary was equally taken aback by the revelation of over 6,000 clothing items, exclaiming: "What? ! That's crazy! " But it was a triumphant conclusion for the family who managed to part with 40% of their belongings in a week. The unveiling of their 'new home' moved them to tears, and the kids even got a surprise climbing wall installed in the living room.
