Syracuse, N.Y. — Last weekend’s sectional championships at Onondaga Community College brought some drama, some highlight plays, and most importantly, six sectional champions. Liverpool defeated Cicero-North Syracuse for the third straight year to claim the Class AAA championship, Nottingham outlasted West Genesee to win Class AA for the first time in 20 years and Utica Notre Dame’s Ella Trinkaus outscored Jamesville-DeWitt by herself to lead the Jugglers to another sectional crown, this time in Class A.
