On Saturday, ASOS took the stage at Lakmē Fashion Week X FDCI and presented A Summer of Style. The British fashion brand added an international touch to the ongoing fashion week. Tara Sutaria and Veer Pahariya walked the ramp for the brand in monochrome ensembles that redefined black tie dressing.
Tara Sutaria was a vision in black. The actor was dressed in a full-sleeve black lace gown. The gown came with a plunging V-neckline that ended right below the bustier. At the waist, the dress featured a gathered detail. The dress graduated into a flared silhouette from the waist onwards. The luxurious lace, when paired with the flared silhouette, added an elegant, feminine allure to the overall look.

While Tara was a vision in black, Veer Pahariya complemented her in a white suit. The actor was dressed in ivory pants. The pants came with a comfortable silhouette. He had paired the pants with a matching white shirt. His ensemble was elevated by layering it up with a double breasted jacket. The oversized jacket came with exaggerated shoulder pads, a sharp lapel design, and white buttons on the bodice. He has rolled up his sleeves up till his elbows for a chic and relaxed look.
ASOS’s A Summer of Style celebrated bold trends for the season. Artistic Garden took a maximalist approach to nature with rich earthy tones, botanical influences, and ornate embellishments. Refined Resort embodied high summer elegance with sun-scorched hues, romantic organza, intricate lace, and luxury linens. Glassmorphic brought playful energy with jewelled florals, luxe jacquards, and statement mini dresses in fresh blues and sugary pinks. The show ended with Monochrome, which redefined black tie with modern tuxedos, luxurious lace and dazzling sequins for the ultimate RSVP look.
Lakmē Fashion Week, in partnership with the Fashion Design Council of India (FDCI), is being held at The Jio World Convention Centre, Mumbai from March 26-30.
