Good health is the foundation of a fulfilling life. We often hear the phrase ‘Health is wealth’—and while it may sound like a cliché, it’s a timeless truth. In a first of its kind, The Navhind Times organised its talk show, ‘Talk from the Heart’ before a live audience.
The guest of the show was Luke Coutinho, a pioneer in holistic wellness, whose insights have empowered thousands to take charge of their health before illness strikes and whose guidance on nutrition, lifestyle, and preventive care is widely respected and closely followed.
Individuals from all corners of the state participated in the event which was held at Dempo House, Panaji, on July 6 and was covered by the Goa 365 channel.
Coutinho who recently launched his latest book, ‘The Calm Prescription -75 Ways to Create Better Health, Longevity and Happiness’, is also a part of the Prime Minister’s Fit India Trust. He spoke about his role as Ambassador of the PM’s initiative and the work he is involved in. The conversation further delved deep into the essentials of well-being: how to nurture our bodies, make mindful food choices, adopt sustainable habits, and most importantly, take a preventive approach to health.
