Awards season culminates with the 2025 Oscars. The 97th Academy Awards show airs tonight, March 2, starting at 7 p.m. Eastern on ABC. Conan O’Brien, who has previously hosted the Emmy Awards, will take over as a first-time Oscars host this year at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles. Presenters for this year’s awards show include Selena Gomez, Oprah Winfrey, Dave Bautista, Harrison Ford, Gal Gadot, Andrew Garfield, Samuel L. Jackson, Halle Berry, Scarlett Johansson, and Sterling K. Brown. Unlike prior years, performances of the songs nominated for Best Original Song will not be a part of this year’s show. However, Queen Latifah will be part of a musical tribute to the late Quincy Jones and other stars and musical numbers will be part of the action.
