The Memphis Grizzlies sure seem to have missed their opportunity to notch a win in their first-round series, and the betting market suggests a sweep is imminent. The Oklahoma City Thunder are 14.5-point road favorites Saturday after OKC staged a historic comeback that was enabled by Ja Morant’s hip injury. According to reports, the Memphis star is out for Game 4. The Thunder rallied from a 29-point deficit, staging the second-largest comeback in the NBA playoffs since play-by-play data began in the 1996-97 postseason. Morant landed hard on his left hip in the final minutes of the first half and did not return. Memphis held a 77-51 halftime lead but only mustered 31 points in the second half. In my eyes, it is hard to imagine Memphis putting up much of a fight and being able to generate offense against the league’s top-ranked defense.
