Tom Cruise and Ana de Armas sparked more romance rumors this weekend after they were caught leaving David Beckham’s 50th birthday party together in London despite arriving separately. The “Top Gun” star, 62, and “Knives Out” actress, 37, were seen sitting side by side in a black Mercedes-Benz on Saturday night in photos obtained by Daily Mail. Cruise appeared happy and bleary-eyed in one picture as de Armas tried hiding from the cameras by ducking behind the car’s passenger seat. Another photo showed the pair concealed behind black umbrellas as they left the venue. The “Mission: Impossible” legend and “Blonde” star first sparked romance rumors in February when they grabbed dinner together in London’s Soho area. Although the rumored couple appeared happy during the outing and posed for pictures with excited fans, an insider told People at the time that Cruise and de Armas “appeared to have no romantic connection” and were “just friends.” The source added that Cruise, de Armas and their agents went out to dinner to “discuss potential collaborations down the line.” But the pair have been seen together several more times since then, including in March and again in April when they arrived in London together via helicopter. They added fuel to the romance fire on the “Ballerina” actress’ 37th birthday (April 30) when she and Cruise were spotted taking a stroll around the English capital. While the “No Time to Die” starlet and “Jerry Maguire” actor have remained hush-hush about the relationship rumors, de Armas did praise Cruise during a 2023 interview. “[I’m] not at a Tom Cruise level yet,” she told USA Today about doing her own stunts. “But I can appreciate what he does 100% now, and I totally get why he does it. He’s so mind-blowing.” Meanwhile, both Cruise and de Armas appeared to have avoided the Beckham family drama that unfolded at the soccer legend’s 50th birthday bash over the weekend. Brooklyn Beckham and his wife, Nicola Peltz, were missing in action from the party at the Core restaurant in Notting Hill on Saturday night. Their surprising absence came amid rumors of a feud between the pair and Brooklyn’s brother, Romeo. Insiders told TMZ on Sunday that David refused to privately celebrate his milestone birthday with Brooklyn, 26, and Peltz, 30, even though the couple flew from Los Angeles to London for the big day. The sources said that Brooklyn and his wife’s only chance to see David was to attend his party, which they ultimately did not do. “Creating special memories with family and friends,” Victoria Beckham, 51, wrote on Instagram on Sunday alongside photos from the party that included everyone in the family but Brooklyn and Peltz. “We love you all.” It was previously reported that Brooklyn and Romeo are feuding over the latter’s girlfriend, Kim Turnbull, whom Brooklyn allegedly dated years ago.
