Tom Holland's fans' thirst trap sense should be tingling. The Spider-Man actor, 29, showed off his ripped physique through a wet, white T-shirt while participating in an ice bath-based video for Men's Health UK. Holland took part in the outlet's "Smash or Pass" icebreaker segment, where he sat in a cold plunge tub while attempting to answer questions about training, nutrition and life as he shivered in the below-freezing water. At the end of the segment, a soaking-wet Holland stood up in the bath as his white T-shirt clung to his toned body, displaying his muscular body beneath the now see-through fabric. "Oh my word! I am absolutely frozen to the bone," he said at the end of the clip, catching his breath between words. The host took a "deep dive" with Holland into several health topics during the segment, which was filmed at the Bero 2025 Paddle Classic, a one-day-only Pro-Am Padel Tour hosted by the actor in partnership with Darktrace. At the start of the video, the actor jokingly thanked the host for the "long intro," admitting that he was "freezing" at the start as he dangled his legs in the tub before fully submerging the rest of his body after answering all the questions at the end of the clip. The host kicked off the line of questioning with a fitness-focused ask: "Smash or pass? Walking 10,000 steps a day." To which Holland replied, "Oh, I play a lot of golf, so I'd probably smash that, I reckon." Then, the Spider-Man: Brand New Day actor lowered himself into the ice-filled tub even further. "Smash or pass? Playing paddle," the host asked. To which the actor replied, "Love playing paddle." "Burpees?" the host asked. "I hate burpees, but I do them. They're important... probably once a week they'd be a part of the workout for sure," The Odyssey actor replied. When asked about "body weight training," Holland said he "loves" it, noting, "I'm actually using a weighted vest a lot at the minute... It just makes it that extra bit tougher, you know?" Holland was then questioned about his interest in "saunas," to which he said he "loves a sauna" — and naturally, joked that he would "be jumping into" one after the cold plunge segment wrapped. When asked about "gym selfies," the actor gave a firm pass. "I'm not a gym selfie guy. You'll never catch me posting a gym selfie," he said. "Maybe back in the day when I was a kid, but not anymore." Holland then lowered himself in the ice bath even more, submerging his shoulders beneath the water. He took slow, big breaths as he did to stay in control of his body during the experience. Elsewhere during the interview, the actor said that he prefers a "cold bath" over a cold shower, revealed that he "loves squatting." When asked about ice baths, Holland didn't have to think too hard before responding. "I'm enjoying this ice bath now, but I'm getting to the point where I would like this to be well and truly over," he joked, before fully dunking himself under the water to conclude the segment. Holland is currently on set filming Spider-Man: Brand New Day, which swings into theaters in July 2026. Over the weekend, Sony Pictures posted a video from the set of his fourth Spider-Man film, taken on the actor's first day of filming the highly anticipated sequel. In the clip, he interacts with a number of young fans in Scotland as he films an action sequence involving a moving armored vehicle. "Yeah, I feel good, man," Holland said in a voiceover during the video, which features him conversing with the movie's director Destin Daniel Cretton. At one point, Holland lifts a young child wearing a Spider-Man costume to pose with him for a photo. "It's day one — my fourth-ever day one on Spider-Man. You know, it's funny. Putting the suit on, it feels different this time, somehow," he said in the clip. "It's also the first time we've ever had fans on set for day one, so it's really exciting to share this with them," Holland continued, adding, "We've got some familiar faces on set. You know, I'm just going to do my best, hopefully get it right. No pressure."
