Wales star makes fans' Lions XV
Jac Morgan has been included in the official fans' Lions XV following a vote on the official Six Nations website.
Wales skipper Morgan gets the nod and is unsurprisingly the only Welshman in the starting line-up.
Ireland dominate supporters' opinions, with seven starters, five Scots and two Englishmen making up the team.
Lions head coach Andy Farrell names his coaching ticket for the tour Down Under tomorrow and announces his squad later this spring.
On the Six Nations site it read: "The final fans' Lions XV has been revealed.
"It follows five rounds of voting over the course of the 2025 Guinness Men's Six Nations campaign, where fans had their say after each round as to which players should wear the beloved British and Irish Lions jersey this summer in Australia.
"Remarkably, the XV changed very little from week to week, suggesting the majority of fans agree on which side head coach Andy Farrell should pick for the tour Down Under."
Fans' Lions XV: Andrew Porter, Dan Sheehan, Zander Fagerson, Maro Itoje, Tadhg Beirne, Tom Curry, Jac Morgan, Caelen Doris, Jamison Gibson-Park, Finn Russell, James Lowe, Bundee Aki, Huw Jones, Duhan van der Merwe, Blair Kinghorn.
Peel wants to strengthen
Scarlets head coach Dwayne Peel has revealed he hopes to strengthen the squad ahead of next season.
The west Walians have already signed Wales international Joe Hawkins but are also hoping to strengthen elsewhere. Peel has an extremely talented back line to work with next season with the likes of Macs Page, Sam Costelow, Eddie James, Joe Roberts and Blair Murray, among others, but admits they are lacking experience.
"We are obviously working hard in the background on a number of fronts on recruitment and retention," said Peel.
"We are working within the constraints we have. If we can build on this season then great and those are going on in the background as it stands. We've lost a lot of experience over the last couple of seasons.
"You put someone like a Foxy (Jonathan Davies) in the middle of everything to say right this is what we are going to do or a Ken (Owens). We've lost that type of 200-cap player and we are learning that.
"We are growing a new leadership group and trying hard with the leaders to develop game drivers and leaders. That's work in progress for us.
"For us it's about not clamming up when those opportunities present themselves. We want to be bold and we want to try to take the game.
"We've been a mixed bag in that. We've gone hard on some occasions and maybe got a bit nervous on others."
Scotland player banned for Wales match incident
Scotland's Evie Gallagher has been handed a one-match ban for her red card against Wales at the weekend.
The No.8 was initially yellow carded by referee Kat Roche after she made contact with the lower limb of Wales' Kelsey Jones.
But on review via the bunker system, the card was upgraded to a 20-minute red by Foul Play Review Officer (FPRO) Ian Tempest.
Gallagher was summoned to appear before a hearing on Monday evening which upheld the red card. She accepted that an act of foul play had been committed and a 50 per cent reduction was applied, meaning she will only miss one match.
Double blow for Dragons
Basement side Dragons will be without Chris Coleman and Matthew Screech for the clash against Edinburgh this weekend.
Coleman suffered a head injury in the defeat to Ulster last weekend, with Tongan international Paula Latu in line to replace him in the Scottish capital.
Screech failed a HIA during the game at Rodney Parade on Saturday and joins a growing injury list in Gwent.
“We’ve had 48 hours of recovery and getting the boys right; they are outside today and stepping up preparations,” head coach Filo Tiatia said.
“Where we are at with injuries, and we’ve got some players coming back, it is still a lengthy list out.
“We have players who are unavailable in Screechy and Coley. They are much better in terms of their protocols, and that is good news for Screechy who has been out for a little while.
“He has a few tests to tick off, but the target is to be back for the next block.”
