One of the more interesting players being talked about around NFL rumors is star cornerback Jalen Ramsey of the Miami Dolphins. Ramsey and Miami agreed to explore trade options this offseason, but the team is waiting until after June 1 to process any move.Due to cap issues, the Dolphins would be able to spread his salary over two seasons into of just the upcoming one. Miami would save $5.9 million if it traded him after June 1.Ramsey can still play and be a productive member of a team. Last season, he posted 60 total tackles, one sack, and two interceptions for the Dolphins. But which teams could be interested in the veteran if Miami does move on? Here are the top five landing spots for the star cornerback in the event of a trade taking place:Los Angeles RamsWould Ramsey and the Rams welcome a return? Ramsey won his only Super Bowl while in Los Angeles, so it's quite possible. The Rams are being seen as a true Super Bowl contender this season, so the veteran corner could go after another ring. It would be a full circle moment for both sides, but one that could make a lot of sense.Arizona CardinalsThe Cardinals just lost cornerback Sean Murphy-Bunting for the season, so Ramsey could make sense. Arizona wants to compete in 2025, so bringing in a veteran like Ramsey could fit the locker room.Read more: Former Super Bowl Champion Cardinals CB Will Miss 2025 Season With InjuryThe Cardinals may not be seen as a title-contending team, but adding Ramsey could put them closer. Arizona has been known to make big splashes in the past, and maybe they could do it again here.Baltimore RavensThe Ravens finished the 2024 season ranked 31st in passing yards allowed. The organization has addressed the secondary this offseason, but Ramsey could be a game-changer.Batlimore has depth at the cornerback position, but teams can never have too many players. Injuries occur throughout the season, and Baltimore has never been shy about adding quality veterans like this.Kansas City ChiefsThis may be a long shot, but we can never count out the Chiefs to pull off a blockbuster move. After losing the Super Bowl, Kansas City wants to get back over the hump, and adding a veteran like Ramsey could fully solidify the defense. For Ramsey, it could be another chance to win a Super Bowl. The pairing makes sense, even if the Chiefs don't especially need a cornerback right now.Cincinnati BengalsMuch like the Chiefs, this is likely a long shot due to the history of the team. While Ramsey could desperately help this team, the Bengals don't typically make trades. While the fit of Ramsey in Cincinnati makes a lot of sense, it's hard to see this happening under the current front office. For more on the NFL, head to Newsweek Sports.
