Travis Kelce spotted pumping iron in Florida without Taylor Swift as he tries to shake off his post Super Bowl dad bod

Two months ago, Swiftmania was sweeping the US and Taylor's boyfriend Travis Kelce was on top of the world set to complete an iconic Super Bowl three-peat with the Kansas City Chiefs.
But the tight end and his international superstar lover were forced into hiding after the dream came crashing down – with Swift even being booed on the big screen.
The couple have been keeping an incredibly low profile ever since, with sources saying they are dedicated to spending quality time together in the off-season away from prying eyes.
Now DailyMail.com can reveal that for the last three weeks Kelce, 34, has been hunkering down and trying to shake off a hint of a dad bod and get into the tip-top shape for what could be his final NFL season.
Exclusive photographs show the NFL player pumping iron with two of his close friends at Johnny O's gym in Boca Raton, Florida, on Wednesday, where he is expected to return after jetting off to Las Vegas for a golfing weekend.
He has been In Boca for the past three weeks, one insider told DailyMail.com.
'He's a committed professional athlete, that is why he is one of the best, a future Hall of Famer,' the source added.
Kelce appears to be going back to his roots after the crushing big game defeat by the Philadelphia Eagles in February, returning to the east coast to train with Andrew Spruill after choosing LA last year to prepare for what turned out to be his heartbreak season.
The Chiefs' star has been undergoing strength and conditioning training with Spruill in order to get back into peak physical condition, while also enjoying his second favorite sport - golf.
He was spotted lifting weights and doing light sprints in a workout that lasted around 40 minutes and was joined by his friend Ross Travis and personal chef Kumar Ferguson.
Ferguson has been cooking up a storm for the NFL player, posting dishes with stone crab, steak, yellowfish tuna and granola with yogurt.
Kelce first met Spruill, who grew up in Kansas, while training in Boca for the 2013 NFL Combine.
He has spent eight of his 12 NFL off seasons renting a house for two months in the chi-chi city to work with Spruill.
The coach told the Palm Beach Post in 2023 that he had met Swift, joking that he could help her maintain her performance stamina.
'I met her twice', he told the outlet. 'Maybe I can talk to her about her workout routine and see if she needs help.
'I read where she talked about it, the different things she does to work out. She has a workout routine where she runs on a treadmill and sprints while trying to sing her songs.'
Spruill, 40, was also quick to shut down any claims by pundits that partying with Swift was to blame for Kelce's lack of performance last season, instead blaming injuries.
'It's not the numbers we're used to seeing from him,' he added. 'It's combination of lot of different things. It's not just him getting old.
'I trust he'll be back, especially if he wants to keep playing at the age he is. He needs to get in the gym and make sure he's ready.'
It is unclear exactly where Kelce and his crew have been staying, flying under the radar until he was pictured going through football drills with two high school players and posing for pictures with them afterwards.
Jazz Lewis, the teenage son of Super Bowl-winning running back Jamal Lewis, received a special opportunity to work out with Kelce.
'He gave me some tips on how to run better, smoother routes – and, yeah, it was nice,' said Lewis who plays for Chamblee High School in Georgia.
The young wide receiver and one of his teammates had the chance to train up close and personal with Kelce, who was on hand with some precious advice on the day.
Lewis says he trained alongside Kelce thanks to his former coach Tony Villani, the speed and agility expert who works with some of the top players in the NFL today.
'I got to learn,' added Lewis.
Kelce's mom Donna is also currently on vacation in the Sunshine State, where she owns a condo in the tranquil Baldwin Park neighborhood of Orlando.
Fans of his New Heights podcast with brother Jason were quick to point out that Travis had developed a tan in their latest episode.
It wasn't clear where Travis recorded this week's show but the background was different from the usual setup he is surrounded by when he films during the NFL season from his mansion outside Kansas City.
Kelce and Swift enjoyed a ski trip to Montana in the last few weeks but have only been spotted in New York once over the last couple of months.
Anxious Swifties were quick to shut down rumors that the couple had been spending time together in the sunshine state, despite several alleged sightings of them at restaurants and golf courses.
The pair haven't been photographed together since March, when they were spotted entering the rear of a restaurant in NYC – in an apparent bid to fly under the radar.
Kelce appeared to return to his training after spending Easter weekend with Swift and her family at her Rhode Island mansion, jetting back to Florida on Monday.
After the Chiefs lost the Super Bowl to the Philadelphia Eagles in New Orleans, Kelce was on the brink of retiring from the NFL.
But after taking some time to consider his future, he announced on New Heights that he wasn't prepared to step away from the game he loves on such a low note.
Since then, it has been reported that Kelce wants to move away from the fame that has surrounded his life since going public with Swift in September 2023 and focus on what might be his final year in the NFL.
