His manager confirmed the news to ABC News on Friday. Condolences poured in for Rogers, with 'General Hospital' executive producer Frank Valentini being among the first to pen eulogies on social media. Valentine expressed his sympathies for Tristan's family, saying that his character Robert Scorpio and his 50-years-long acting career were a marker of his one-of-a-kind talent. He concluded his post for Rogers by saying “May he rest in peace.” Rogers started off as an actor in Australia in the 1970s. He appeared in soaps like Bellbird, Number 96, and The Box. He was also a regular in a short-lived police drama called The Link Men, as reported by TVLine.
