Ankara, June 15 (QNA) - Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, in a phone call on Saturday with his US counterpart, Donald Trump, discussed the Israeli attack on Iranian territory, as well as a number of regional and international issues. During the call, President Erdogan said that Turkiye is monitoring closely the tensions between Iran and the Israeli entity, affirming Turkiye's support for the US position advocating the continuation of nuclear negotiations with Iran as a means to resolve the dispute. Erdogan also expressed his country's readiness to do everything in its power to prevent an uncontrolled escalation in the tensions between Iran and Israel. (QNA)
