Flood-like scenarios have been created in certain areas of the district. Rajpur, Ojhar, and Balsamund have been severely impacted, with houses and markets submerged and vehicles washed away in the strong waves. The situation came to a critical point at 4 AM when rain filled the river water to an alarming level. In Rajpur, various low-lying colonies, such as Ward No. 9 (Kumar Mohalla), got waterlogged.
