Watch: Mumbai Indians Stars Spend Some Down-Time With Furry Friends Ahead of GT Clash
@Source: news18.com
The mood in the Mumbai Indians camp is certainly positive as some of the stars were seen enjoying some time off with their furry friends ahead of their next game in the 2025 season of the Indian Premier League.
Several big-name stars like Suryakumar Yadav, Tilak Varma and Deepak Chahar, alongside uncapped players like Vignesh Puthur, can be seen enjoying some time off with their furry friends in a video shared by the franchise in their official Instagram handle.
MI will hope that this time spent with the animals can help reignite their chances of getting a win as they hope to bounce back with a win in their second game of the season.
Their opening game was an away game against rivals Chennai Super Kings, which ended up in a losing cause thanks to some brilliant batting by the skipper, Ruturaj Gaikwad, alongside Rachin Ravindra to steer the chase to a win by four wickets and five balls to spare.

It should also be noted that the franchise was without their skipper, Hardik Pandya, who was serving a one-match ban for an over-rate offence incurred during the previous season. In addition, the side does not have Jasprit Bumrah as well, who is out of action since the Border-Gavaskar Trophy tour.
Pandya is all set to return for the next game while Bumrah’s availability is yet to be confirmed by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI). Despite the loss to CSK, the side has some big positives to look forward to. One being the rise of the uncapped star, Vignesh Puthur, who impressed on his IPL debut by taking three wickets. He will be expected to continue should the conditions be good for the spinners.
MI will gear up once again, where they take on Gujarat Titans in an away game at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on March 29 (Saturday). The Titans will also look to get back with a win after their loss to Punjab Kings in their opening game of the season.
