The father of the new artistic director at Dior menswear has said he and wife were so dedicated to helping their son achieve his dreams that they re-mortgaged their home. Jonathan Anderson, from Magherafelt, Co Derry, the son of former Irish rugby captain Willie Anderson, has been appointed to the prestigious position with the high-end fashion giant after spending 11 years as creative director at Loewe.
