I'm not sure how any of that supports your accusation that crime flows from America into Canada though. US milk doesn't have hormones though I'm not saying it's inherently unsafe or the hormone make it to the milk, but the FDA has approved bovine growth hormone for use in dairy cows. Canada banned this hormone for dairy cattle, because it's been shown to cause mastitis. The ban is a protective measure for cows, not for people.
