Tyson Fury will play a key role in this weekend's Soccer Aid clash - but will be on the opposite side to brother Tommy who featured last year. This year's Soccer Aid will return to Old Trafford , home to Manchester United , on Sunday. England go into the showdown having won last year's encounter after defeating the World XI 6-3 . Once again, many big names are set to feature, including Jill Scott , Tom Grennan, Sir Mo Farah and Joe Hart . Fury will be co-managing the team alongside Rooney this weekend. After it was confirmed that the 'Gyspy King' will be involved, he said: “ENGLAND MANAGER! Who would ever have thought it!? I have had some big fights in my career and the prospect of leading my England team to victory this June fills me with just as much excitement as any heavyweight fight. "Everyone knows that I am a huge Manchester United fan too, so it’s even more special for me that the game is at Old Trafford this year – and I get to manage one of my heroes, Wayne Rooney ! How can we lose!? The work UNICEF does all around the world is so special and so important. I really hope that you can come along and support us this summer.” Fury's Soccer Aid debut comes a year after younger brother Tommy made a name for himself after featuring for the World XI side. Despite being born and raised in Manchester, he chose to play for the Rest of the World, as he was eligible through his mother Chantal, who is of Mauritian descent. On the pitch, the 26-year-old forgot a key rule in football - as he took a throw-in underarm. During the first half of the match, he showed that he may be best suited to sticking with boxing . After seeing Alessandro Del Piero making a darting run, Fury found Italy's World Cup winner in quite a bizarre way. Instead of throwing the ball overhead, the boxer opted to roll the ball underarm to the Italian - with referee Rebecca Welch rightly awarding England the throw-in after Fury's illegal play. His World XI boss Mauricio Pochettino and watching fans could not believe what they were seeing - with many quick to take a swipe at 'TNT.' His rival KSI quickly posted: " Tommy Fury should stick to boxing lmao, he’s terrible at football," he tweeted. Fans agreed with KSI's claim about Fury as they made their feelings known online. One X user wrote: "Tommy Fury might be the worst footballer I’ve ever seen live." A second tweeted: "Tommy Fury is absolutely a** as footballer." A third added: "I don’t know if this makes sense but Tommy Fury plays football exactly how you’d imagine a boxer how to play football." A fourth joked: "I’ve had Soccer Aid on for two minutes & Tommy Fury could be the worst footballer I’ve ever seen." Another said: "Is Tommy fury the least coordinated man in all of human history?" Despite the rather embarrassing cameo, Fury was rather looking forward to showing off his skills after swapping the gloves for the football boots. Speaking ahead of the match, he said: “Training’s been going amazingly, the World team is in great form and in good spirits. "There’s always nerves and anxiety but I think we’ve got another win in the bag. I’ll probably slide tackle Eddie Hearn for Tyson! If I get a goal I’ll be doing a celebration for Bambi. Molly will be there cheering me on but Bambi will be cheering for me in her dreams as her bedtime is 6:45pm. The game will be really different to my boxing where all the pressure is on me to win, I’ve come to training and had a great time in the team. Everyone’s here having fun and it’s for a great cause, it’s probably my favourite four days of the year.”
