Win Media, now operating as part of the wider Win Group, brought together nearly 100 guests from across the region’s business, education and civic sectors for a celebration of its first decade in business. Held at the National Brownfield Institute’s 360° Igloo venue, the event highlighted the agency’s journey from a two-man team working out of Grand Station to a multi-disciplinary brand growth agency now working with clients across the world.
Founded by Harmish Chander, Win Media has built a reputation as a challenger agency, blending creativity with commercial strategy to help businesses scale with impact. The event served not just as a celebration of past success, but as the official launch of the Win Group: a new structure that includes creative services (Win Media), systems and CRM technology (Win Works), global brand expansion (Win Worldwide), digital products (Windō), and community based content platform The Winners Club.
“We’ve always believed that Wolverhampton has world-class talent and world-class ambition”, said Harmish Chander, CEO of Win Media. “We’ve spent the last ten years proving that great brands can grow from Wolverhampton to the world, and our next ten years will be about helping even more local businesses do exactly that.”
The event was expertly facilitated by performance coach and leadership speaker Earl Lynch, who guided guests through a vibrant and immersive programme. The day began with networking and breakfast, followed by a 360° brand showcase inside the Igloo theatre. Attendees experienced a powerful visual journey through Win Media’s evolution, before taking part in a panel discussion titled "Growth That Wins," featuring clients and collaborators. The celebration closed with a toast led by Harmish, marking not just the end of a decade but the beginning of a bold new chapter.
Among the local success stories spotlighted at the event were high-growth names such as Little Dessert Shop, Burger Boi, Johal Dairies, and Specialist Metallic Coatings, all brands that have partnered with Win Media to build identity, reach new markets and scale their operations.
The celebration also marked the unveiling of The Winning 2.0, Method, the agency’s new growth framework designed to give ambitious businesses the tools, structure, and confidence to grow... whether they’re scaling from high street to nationwide, or from regional to global markets.
Backed by a team of creative professionals, strategists, and technologists, Win’s studio in Wolverhampton acts as a brand-building hub, complete with photography bays, podcast pods and collaborative spaces.
With international conversations now underway in regions such as the Middle East and Australia, Win Group is staying true to its ethos: to build world-class brands without losing its Wolverhampton heart.
The event not only marked a decade of growth for Win Media, but also ignited fresh momentum for the region’s creative and business communities, proving that Wolverhampton is a city where bold brands can be built, scaled, and celebrated.
