Yasmin Seky eliminated from Dancing With The Stars after shock dance-off

Yasmin Seky's love story with Dancing with the Stars came to an end tonight after she was eliminated from the show. The Kin star and their pro partner Simone Arena's performance on "Love Week" failed to get the audience and the judges in the mood. However, Jack Woolley set pulses racing with his Contemporary Ballroom as he earned the first 40 of the season. Kevin, complete with a mullet for the night, had the recipe for success though as he got a total of 20. Arthur Gourounlian said: "You brought the drama to Paso Doble tonight. You had the passion, you rockstar." Brian Redmond added: "I'm starting to think you're Mr. Consistent. Well done on getting the steps in the right order, but it needs more Paso." After a whopping 39 from the judges Olympic gymnast Rhys McClenaghan and Laura Nolan slowed things down with a Romeo and Juliet inspired Rumba to Love Me Like You Do by Ellie Goulding, scoring 31 this week. Karen Byrne said: "You have a natural fluid motion that most people find really hard. What I liked watching it is you showcased Laura. You looked like a great dancer." Loraine Barry added: "As a male, you did tremendously well." Actress Yasmin Seky and her pro partner Simone Arena took on a Jive to Imelda May’s version of the classic hit Tainted Love , getting 29. Karen said: "The energy was there, you were flying around. I enjoyed it" Loraine added: "It was a very good dance for you in relation to the timing. Something has clicked with you and you're more alive." Next up, Mrs. Brown’s Boys star Danny O’Carroll danced an enchanting Viennese Waltz to This Year’s Love by David Gray alongside his partner Salome Chachua. The judges loved it, giving him a 34. Arthur said: "To me, you captured the dance and the flow. You showcased your understanding of elegance. The dance cohesive and in harmony." Brian added: "You kept it flowing nicely. Overall it was a really solid Viennese Waltz." Former Miss Universe Ireland Aishah Akorede and partner Robert Rowiński brought love to the dancefloor with a fiery, fast-paced Paso Doble to Rihanna's We Found Love, scoring a big 33. Brian said: "A great Paso, well done. What a way to recover from the dance off last week." Karen added: "I really liked it, there was plenty of Paso content. It was a great comeback dance" Taekwondo athlete Jack Woolley and his pro dance partner Alex Vladimirov were determined to impress tonight, as the immunity they won in Dedicated Dance week officially expired. Their Contemporary Ballroom to Florence + the Machine’s version of You’ve Got the Love got the love from the judges with a standing ovation and the first 40 of the series. Arthur said: "This is exactly what I hoped for you. Your movements were fluid and dynamic. It was astounding." Karen added: "When we think things can't get any better, you come out and blow us away. I couldn't take my eyes off you." Comedian Gearóid Farrelly and Stephen Vincent added some fun to the floor with a Quickstep to Phil Collins’ version of You Can’t Hurry Love - they score 32. Brian said: "You were loving life flying around there." Arthur added: "You made this Quickstep enjoyable to watch. The footwork was sharp. Very entertaining, bravo." The final celebrity to take to the floor tonight was social media star Kayleigh Trappe and Ervinas Merfeldas as they danced a Salsa to Christina Aguilera’s Let There Be Love. Closing the show, they got 32. Karen said: "Everyone in the room felt the energy you were going for. It was very good." Arthur added: "You really engaged the whole audience with your performance. You went full out You went for it, good job." To close tonight’s show, the pro dancers performed a flowing American Smooth to L.O.V.E by Nat King Cole.
