Clarendon Specialty Fasteners is based in Royal Wootton Bassett and make nuts and bolts that end up in aerospace, motorsport and defence.
The company has other sites around the world.
Paul Sanders is the managing director and was thrilled with the award: "It's a great testament to the people that work within the business, one of the proudest things we'll do as a business."
He explained that international trade has "always been a big part of our success", trying to ensure it is easy for customers order from across the globe.
Celebrations for the company would include an "obligatory high tea" at their sites.
