The 30 Rock star, 67, shared a Reel on his Instagram where his kids share what they want to be when they grow up. As the camera panned across the kids, each one answered what their dream job would be. "Talk show host," responds daughter Carmen, 11. "NFL QB," answers son Rafa, 9. Other kids want to be an artist/actor, a soccer player and a chef/doctor. Reposting the adorable video on his Instagram, Baldwin hilariously joked about the cost of sending all those kids to school. The couple, who tied the knot in 2012, shares three daughters, Ilaria Catalina Irena, María Lucía Victoria, 4, and Carmen Gabriela, as well as four sons Eduardo "Edu" Pao Lucas, 4, Romeo Alejandro David, 6, Leonardo Ángel Charles, 8, and Rafael Thomas. Alec is also dad to daughter Ireland Baldwin, 29, whom he shares with ex-wife Kim Basinger. Back in April, Alec celebrated his 67th birthday and shared a sweet video on Instagram of his seven younger kids singing him happy birthday during his at-home party. The actor could be seen sitting next to his daughter Carmen and in front of a birthday cake with candles, chiming in as his brood serenades him. "Happy birthday to ME," the 30 Rock alum could be heard singing over his kids as his wife Hilaria captured the sweet moment on video. "Happy Birthday, Alec 🩷. We love you!" the caption of the couple's joint post read. That same month, Ireland shared a photo on her Instagram as she celebrated her dad on his birthday. In the sweet photo, Alec could be seen holding up his granddaughter Holland as the two smiled together in a rare photo. "Happy birthday to Peepaw," Ireland wrote in her caption, revealing the name her daughter calls her dad. "I’m so glad you were born. Because of your born-ness, I was born-ed. I love you!"
