Details of Aston Villa’s Champions League quarter-final with Paris Saint-Germain have been confirmed . Unai Emery’s side will take on the French giants after beating Club Brugge 6-1 on aggregate in the round of 16. Villa won 3-1 in Belgium last Tuesday, before then claiming a 3-0 victory at Villa Park on Wednesday night. Kyriani Sabbe was sent off early on in the second leg for denying Marcus Rashford a clear goal-scoring opportunity. Marco Asensio came on off the bench for the start of the second half and opened the scoring shortly after, combining with Leon Bailey inside the box. Morgan Rogers then assisted Ian Maatsen for his first goal in claret and blue, before Asensio scored his seventh goal in five appearances. PSG, meanwhile, progressed to the last eight after beating Liverpool on penalties at Anfield on Tuesday evening. UEFA have now confirmed that Villa will play their first leg against PSG at the Parc des Princes on Wednesday, April 9, with kick-off at 8pm. The second leg, which will be played at Villa Park, shall kick off at 8pm on Tuesday, April 15. Villa will confirm ticket details in due course.
