On the March 7 edition of his show Real Time, Maher was discussing the beginning of President Trump's time in office when he turned his attention to Swift. 'The world is upside down,' he said. 'It only took Trump weeks to break up with Ukraine, Mexico, and Canada, but Taylor Swift has had the same boyfriend for over a year.' While he did not mention Kelce by name, Maher was of course referring to the Chiefs tight end. He and Swift have been dating since the summer of 2023, meaning the couple is actually closing in on two years together. Previously, Swift's longest relationship was with British actor Joe Alwyn, as the pair spent nearly six years together before splitting in April 2023. Swift has dated the likes of Jake Gyllenhaal, John Mayer and Taylor Lautner, and also spent a little over a year with DJ and producer Calvin Harris. Her last known romance before she started dating Kelce was with The 1975 singer Matty Healy, whom she saw from May to June 2023. However, Swift and Kelce are now going strong, and there have been suggestions that the couple - both 35 years old - are on the road to marriage. 'They’ve never seen Travis so happy with a girlfriend before,' the source reportedly said about Kelce's family. '[His] family gets along great with Taylor’s family too,' the insider continued. 'Their families blend seamlessly.'
