-- The Ministry of National Defense has proposed halting production and business activities at Cam Ranh International Port in Khanh Hoa Province, south-central Vietnam during defense situations and large-scale exercises.

-- Director of the Public Security Department of Tay Ninh Province Nguyen Van Trai said on Sunday evening that the mastermind behind a US$2 million robbery in the southern province was the victim’s biological son, who hired three robbers, provided information on the money’s location, and helped orchestrate the scheme.
-- The export market brought about over VND1 trillion ($39 million) in revenue last year for Bich Chi Food Company and Sa Giang Export-Import Corporation, two businesses in the Mekong Delta province of Dong Thap specializing in rice paper, rice vermicelli, and shrimp crackers.
-- Vietnam Maritime Corporation announced its 2024 financial report, showing an after-tax profit of VND1.353 trillion ($52.84 million), 3.8 times higher than in 2023, primarily driven by 'other profits' of VND960 billion ($37.5 milion).
