Patrick Mahomes and Brittany Mahomes' daughter Sterling is following in their footsteps. After all, the 4-year-old has a passion for fitness and a home gym of her own to prove it. As seen in a series of Instagram Stories posted by Brittany March 24, Sterling adorably went through her daily workout routine, which began with a quick jog on a colorful kids treadmill. "Nice," Brittany, 29, cheered off camera, as Sterling—clad in a patterned long-sleeve tee and matching leggings—started printing on the play exercise equipment. "Oh man!" Next up, Sterling hit the kid-friendly weight bench to work on her arms and legs. Needless to say, Brittany—who also shares sons Bronze, 2, and daughter Golden, 2 months, with her husband—was impressed. "You're doing arms and legs at the same time," the former soccer player marveled. "Wow, pretty good! Who taught you how to do that?" Sterling replied, "Mom and dad."
