The former Mumbai Indians captain started his career with Deccan Chargers. He has been with Mumbai Indians since 2011. With 262 matches, Virat Kohli sits at the third spot. He made his IPL debut in 2008 and has been part of Royal Challengers Bengaluru since the league's inception. Dinesh Karthik sits at the fourth spot. He has played 257 matches. He is followed by Jadeja. Jadeja was appointed CSK's captain before IPL 2022 but was removed after 8 matches.
