Donald Trump Jr's girlfriend Bettina Anderson is giddy at prospect of getting something Kimberly Guilfoyle NEVER did, insiders reveal

She has described herself as 'your typical stay-at-home mom' – without the 'chores, the husband, or kids'. But it seems Bettina Anderson has had a change of heart thanks to her new boyfriend Donald Trump Jr. For the 38-year-old socialite is turning up the heat on the President's eldest son and pushing for a bold next step in their relationship, the Daily Mail can reveal. 'Bettina is ready for Don to lock things down and make it official with a ring,' an insider said. 'Bettina is a very confident woman, but she wants that commitment from Don Jr. She is 38 and she believes now is her time and Don is her man – the man she was meant to be with. Clearly Don has put his claim on her, but ultimately Don does what he wants to do.' The couple only went public with their relationship last August when they were pictured kissing over lunch in Palm Beach, where Anderson lives in an $860,000 townhouse just a short drive from the Trumps' Mar-a-Lago estate. Don Jr, 47, was still engaged to 56-year-old Kimberly Guilfoyle at the time. But, our source says, that whirlwind timeline and the accompanying controversy isn't putting Anderson off. 'Don was with Kimberly for years, but the bloom went off that rose and Bettina came along at just the right time,' they told the Daily Mail. 'She's got the right style, the right beauty, the right pedigree. It's not that they've been together that long – less than a year. But Bettina, who has never married, wants to lock it down.' Anderson, who has been dubbed 'Palm Beach royalty', comes from one of Florida's most established families. Her late father Harry Loy Anderson, who died in 2013, was the president of prestigious Worth Avenue National Bank, while her mother Inger is a philanthropist. It is not known how the couple met but Anderson is a close friend of Don Jr's ex-wife Vanessa, whom he divorced after 13 years in 2018. Mother to his five children, Vanessa confirmed her new romance with golf legend Tiger Woods last month. Since that steamy lunch last August, Anderson and Don Jr have been pictured on a string of lavish dates. They were photographed hand-in-hand after celebrating her birthday at the extravagant Palm Beach restaurant Buccan in December - where a ribeye steak costs $125. Their relationship seemed to get the presidential seal of approval later that month when they attended President Trump's New Year's Eve party at Mar-a-Lago. They were then pictured at his Inauguration ceremony together two weeks later. Last month, Anderson fiercely defended her new partner after a blistering New York Magazine article cited an insider who called Don Jr 'the most despised member of the family', a 'spoiled heir' and an 'a******'. The piece also dismissed Anderson as a 'manor-born WASP' (White Anglo-Saxon Protestant), who 'doesn't appear to have submitted to the Mar-a-Lago face restructuring popular among many ladies in Palm Beach MAGAland'. Punching back, Anderson posted on Instagram: 'Rumors are started by haters, spread by fools, and accepted by idiots.' She added: '[Don Jr] is the finest, loveliest, tenderest, and most beautiful and brilliant person I have ever known… and even that is an understatement.' Yet some of Don Jr's allies have privately expressed concerns about his new relationship. Insiders have previously told the Daily Mail they fear Anderson isn't 'MAGA enough' given her former support for the Black Lives Matter movement and strict Covid curbs. They also alleged she was using Don Jr as the latest step in her 'social ladder climbing' and claimed her party girl reputation could tarnish the Trump brand. 'It's one thing to worry about Palm Beach shenanigans... but to let those problems penetrate the White House is a new level of trouble,' an insider said. So what will they make of a ring on her finger? Perhaps we're about to find out...
