Santo also singled out Anthony Elanga for’special’ appreciation following the winger’s spectacular goal that secured a 1-0 victory over Manchester United. Recall that Elanga ran 85 meters in nine seconds in a stunning single performance to give Nottingham Forest the victory at City Ground. “He’s a special boy and he gives this team his speed,” Santo said at his post-match interview after the game. “He does it by himself and we are delighted.” He added, “I think the game was going away from us. We had to suffer. “Hard work, belief, helping each other, clearance on the line. It was a very hard game.” The result leaves Nottingham Forest in third position on the Premier League table with 57 points from 30 games.
