Geraldine M. (Gerry) Tetreault, 74, of Keene, passed away Saturday, Jan. 11, 2025, at her home with her family by her side, after a long period of failing health. She can now be with her husband, whom she missed dearly for the past two years. She was born in Lebanon on Feb. 10, 1951, the daughter of Richard L. Rondo and Josephine M. (Lund) Howard. She attended Keene schools and shortly thereafter married her husband, Patrick Tetreault. In their 54 years together they lived in Swanzey and Keene. She was an avid sports fan, loved watching the Red Sox, Boston Celtics, Boston Bruins, tennis and golf. She also loved watching NASCAR and also traveled with her husband to various races such as Bristol, Charlotte, Daytona and Loudon. A bingo fanatic, she enjoyed traveling to Foxwoods and Las Vegas with friends and family. She was well known for her banter, especially at the softball field (Cherry Chucka). Her family memories brought her great joy, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Her husband, Patrick Tetreault, her brothers Arthur and William Rondo and in-laws Nancy Twitchell, Helen Tetreault, Barbara Paige, Beverly Davis, Michael Tetreault and Chris Young predeceased her. Gerry is survived by her four children: Sherri Drouin and her significant other, Arnie Wilkins, of Swanzey; Patrick Tetreault Jr. and his wife, Keum Greene, of Dublin; Andrea Tetreault of Locust Grove, Ga.; and Richard Tetreault of Surry; 11 grandchildren: Alex, and his wife, Loretta, Derek, Chris, Jesse, Shannon, Keenan, Treyvon, Jordan, Mariah and Reagan; five great-grandchildren, Arianna, Tanner, Kayden, Charlotte and Theo; a brother, Richard Rondo, and his wife, Joanne, of Florida; her in-laws, Martin Tetreault and his wife, Barbara, Linda Young, Nancy Rondo and Debrha Tetreault of Florida; her in-laws, Pauline Rondo and Robert Paige; and several nieces, nephews and extended family members.
