HYDERABAD: The Telangana High Court has summoned Hyderabad Cricket Association (HCA)'s secretary R. Devraj and CEO Suneel Bose Kante to appear on July 18 and explain the disobedience to the court orders to pay the pending bill of ₹18.88 lakh to a decoration service provider for the matches at the stadium. Justice Nagesh Bheemapaka was dealing with a petition filed by M/s Ganjam Décor Services, which alleged that the HCA had admitted that around ₹18.88 lakh had to be paid for the services provided them and based on the own admission, the High Court in 2024 had ordered HCA to pay the dues. But, the amount is pending and the HCA is not considering the court`s orders. The judge summoned the secretary and CEO to present before the court on July 18 and submit their explanations on violating the court orders.
