World and Olympic champion Sha'Carri Richardson isn't deterred by her no-race actions this season, instead, has positive messages for her rivals.
Following another weekend of no-race action, American sprint champion Sha'Carri Richardson maintains a positive mindset and has shared impelling messages to keep her spirit high with the season in progress.
The world 100m champion who was at the Xiamen Diamond League to support her boyfriend Christian Coleman, is yet to make her debut this year and many fans are already getting worried with less than five months to the World Championships in Tokyo.
Richardson is yet to give reasons for her no-race action, instead, she has chosen to share motivational messages on her Instagram story relating to the situation.
One of the notes read: "Until it's my turn, I will keep clapping for others."
In another slide, the Paris Olympics 100m silver medallist shared a quote: "Sometimes you don't get what you want because you deserve better."
Another was on dreams which read: "Discipline turns dreams into reality."
And finally, "You can't compete with me baby, I want you to win too."
While fans may see these messages with several meanings relating to her current situation of racing delay, it's good to see Richardson maintaining a positive mindset for the season, despite seeing her competitors racing almost weekly.
Hopefully, she's injury-free and in no time fans can watch their sprint queen race again.
