Jamie Carragher in health update after Liverpool legend leaves CBS Sports studio feeling unwell

Jamie Carragher has reassured fans that he's on the mend after a health scare led to his early departure from CBS Sports' live Champions League broadcast.
The Anfield icon started feeling poorly during Wednesday's programme. Earlier that day, 47-year-old Carragher had made his way to London to fulfil his punditry duties for the American network.
He initially joined Kate Scott, Thierry Henry and Micah Richards on air, gearing up for the evening's Champions League round-of-16 matches. However, by the time the half-time discussions were due, Carragher was conspicuously absent from the panel.
Scott informed viewers that Carragher had been feeling under the weather, which prevented him from analysing the night's games, including Arsenal vs PSV Eindhoven, Aston Villa vs Club Brugge and Atletico Madrid vs Real Madrid. Despite this, Carragher managed to update his followers via Instagram during the matches, posting: "Feeling better now and just checking if the team can cope without me," accompanied by an image of his television tuned into CBS.
Carragher, who had been in high spirits while covering Liverpool's game against Paris Saint-Germain at Anfield the previous day, made a comeback to the studio later on Wednesday. Upon his return, Scott welcomed him with a reference to a biblical parable, saying: "Tonight, just like the story of the prodigal son," reports the Mirror.
"A bit too big for his boots, he thought that life would be sweeter on the road, he thought he'd be away, enjoying drinking and revelling. But he took a major loss and realised his foolishness and he came home humbled, hoping that he would be accepted. Jamie Carragher, back in the chair."
The former Liverpool centre-back even shared a humorous anecdote from his trip to London. "I was on the train this morning, obviously a bit disappointed with last night... the Champions League music comes on the train," Carragher started.
"I'm thinking, 'What?' I haven't heard that before. That comes on, and then the guy starts saying, 'When you get to Euston, if you want directions to Paris'.
"I'm thinking, 'What's he on about here?' and then he did the same when we arrived. So I asked the attendant, 'Where's the train driver?'
"He replied, 'Oh he's three [carriages] down,' it was too far to go, we had just arrived at Euston.
"It turns out he was an Arsenal fan, so he's putting all that on. So I said to the attendant, 'Just make sure you tell him that Arsenal haven't won anything in 20 years and just make sure you tell him I told you and can you pass on the message please'.
"So the train driver had a bit of fun and hopefully maybe I had a little bit of fun later at his expense if his understudy relayed my message."
