He has also dealt with the tumultuous New York landscape that now has a new head coach and general manager.The Jets have gone 7-10, 7-10, and 5-12 in the last three seasons, which is likely a big reason why the speedy running back would want out. New York continually underperforms despite being a team that many peg to be contenders every season.With Aaron Rodgers gone and a new coaching staff in place, the organization still has many unanswered questions to deal with in 2025. Hall has dealt with the up-and-down nature of the team in his first three seasons, and could likely want some stability for once in his career.The Jets pick No. 7 overall, but could use Hall as a player to trade to move into the top five picks to land a much-needed franchise quarterback.
