Kilmarnock learn post-split fixtures as they kick-off with pivotal home clash
@Source: dailyrecord.co.uk
Kilmarnock get their post-split fixtures underway with a home clash against Ross County on April 26. And they bring the season to an end with the visit of Hearts to Rugby Park on May 18. Derek McInnes’ side head into the bottom six post-split hoping to stave off any relegation fears and a win over the Staggies first up would certainly ease some pressure. Killie currently sit just a point above 11th-placed Dundee, who occupy the relegation play-off spot, and level on points with Ross County. After they host the Highlanders, it’s an away trip to St Johnstone on May 3 before hosting Dundee seven days later. Their penultimate game of the campaign is in Lanarkshire with a Wednesday evening trip to Motherwell on May 14 (7.45pm kick-off) before closing things out by welcoming Hearts to Ayrshire. By which point, hopefully, Killie will have ensured they’re playing top flight football once again next term. Don't miss the latest Ayrshire headlines – sign up to our free daily newsletter
