Kylie Kelce Reveals Her Worst Symptom as She Gets to the 'Bitter End' of Her Pregnancy with Baby No. 4
@Source: people.com
Kylie Kelce's fourth pregnancy is almost at the end. In an extra clip for her Not Gonna Lie podcast, the host, 33, shared that insomnia is one of the worst symptoms she's experiencing at the "bitter end" of her pregnancy. Kylie, who welcomed her three daughters, Bennett, Elliotte and Wyatt, with her husband Jason Kelce, shared that she currently can stay up for hours for no reason at all. "The other night probably four different times Jason rolled over and said, 'What are you doing? Why are you awake?' I was awake from 2 a.m. until 6:30 a.m. for no reason whatsoever," she said. "I couldn't tell you a single reason. I wasn't uncomfortable. She wasn't doing flips. I didn't have reflux at that moment. I couldn't tell you why I couldn't sleep, but for 4½ hours it was just me, myself, [and] my thoughts, which is lovely. Just lovely." "At some point, I thought maybe I should get up and put in a load of laundry. Be productive. I didn't. I continued to lay there and try and convince myself that I was going to fall asleep," she continued, before sarcastically adding, "The good news is that my alarm went off at 6:45, so it was a nice 15 minutes. Power nap!" Never miss a story — sign up for PEOPLE's free daily newsletter to stay up-to-date on the best of what PEOPLE has to offer, from celebrity news to compelling human interest stories. Kylie has documented her fourth pregnancy journey on her podcast, candidly sharing the ups and downs of expecting. Speaking on the Thursday, March 20 episode of her podcast, she revealed her plans to induce her labor once she reached 38 weeks of pregnancy. “I've said it multiple times to anyone that I've spoken to. I'm doing sprints next week,” Kylie said. “You can't stop me.” She continued, “Fortunately, for all the listeners, I have asked my OBs about the most common methods, stuff like drinking herbal teas, eating dates, acupuncture, spicy food.” “Oh, how I wish. I will say my OBs have explicitly told me no castor oil. So if that comes up on your induction suggestions, the ways to induce labor at home, opt-out,” Kylie added. “I'm going to tell you the reason I was told not to do that. Very simple. A simple explanation. I'm not going to get into it. You know what I mean.” The soon-to-be mother of four added, “I was told it makes labor messy. Ain't nobody got time for that. We're not doing that.” The proud mom described raising children as the "most selfless" and "all-encompassing" thing someone will do in their life on the Thursday, Jan. 23 episode of her podcast. "At any point in the day, you do have to always be concerned about the tiny humans you're responsible for, but I think there is a misconception that it wipes out the rest of you and makes you solely mom," she shared. "Whereas what we need to do is tack it on to the end of the resume and keep the rest of the s--- that also defines us as who we are as people because we're still us," she added. "Just because we made a human being or we are a mother to a tiny human doesn't mean that we are only mom."
