To the editor: Thank you for sharing Andrew Floyd's letter to his colleagues. ("Jan. 6 prosecutor and Pittsfield native has no regrets after being fired by the Trump administration," Eagle, July 7.) Andrew is an incredible young man willing to share his convictions. My son played soccer with Andrew at Pittsfield High School, and I was fortunate enough to become friends with his lovely parents. Andrew was a shining star in high school and continues to be, providing us all with hope and inspiration. His upbringing exemplifies the man he is today. Nancy Peterson, Trent Woods, N.C.
