Ollie’s Way' will be officially opened by the Paulstown Development Association on Saturday at 1.45pm in honour of Ollie O’Neill, who passed away in February 2024. O'Neill was a founding member of the Paulstown Boxing Club and coached many fighters of national and international acclaim from their base at the Community Centre. "Ollie was a gent of a man, always had a smile on his face anytime ye met him at the national boxing stadium, and always had a joke or two to tell. Would make anyone feel welcome in his company," she said. This weekend, the boxing club will hold a fun run following the opening of Ollie’s Way and hope everyone will take part, run or walk in the event.
