HC has continued its stay regarding irregularities in recognition and admission of paramedical colleges. The High Court had stayed the order of the state government which allowed the Paramedical Council to distribute recognition for academic sessions (2023-24 and 2024-25) with retrospective effect. The MP Paramedical Council is distributing recognition of academic sessions 2023-24 and 2024-25 with retrospective effect without getting affiliation from Madhya Pradesh Medical University, Jabalpur.
