It has been revealed which Premier League games will be broadcast live on television this weekend. The English top-flight season comes to an end on Sunday afternoon, with all 10 games kicking off at 4pm . Manchester United will host Aston Villa at Old Trafford , and Manchester City will face Fulham at Craven Cottage. Nottingham Forest will play Chelsea at the City Ground as they battle it out for qualification to the UEFA Champions League , while Newcastle take on Everton at St. James' Park. Bournemouth face Leicester City at the Vitality Stadium, and Ipswich Town host West Ham at Portman Road . Wolves will lock horns with Brentford at Molineux, while Liverpool hosts Crystal Palace at Anfield. Southampton will take on Arsenal at St. Mary's as Tottenham Hotspur welcome Brighton to north London . Only three games have been selected for live broadcast on television; two of which are on Sky Sports, with the other on TNT Sports. Sky Sports have announced they'll have cameras in the east Midlands for Forest's clash against Chelsea and in Merseyside for Liverpool versus Palace. The British television company will also have a Soccer Special show, with Simon Thomas, Paul Merson and others covering all the action on the final day. Meanwhile, TNT Sports will broadcast United's match against Aston Villa. While Unai Emery's side have already secured European football, a win at Old Trafford could get them a ticket to the Champions League . The match will be shown live on TNT Sports 1 and TNT Sports Ultimate. It will also be available to watch on discovery+ , which can be streamed via applicable devices , such as smart TV, mobile, laptop and tablet. Speaking on the Sky Sports podcast after Sunday's batch of Premier League matches, Gary Neville tipped Chelsea and Forest to miss out of a place in the top five. The former United captain said: "That was a really important win for Nottingham Forest. "They’re still up against it a little bit and they’ve got a big game coming up next weekend. Obviously Man City still have two games but they’re two difficult games actually." On the rest of the fixtures, Neville added: "Bournemouth are a tasty opposition and then they’ve got Fulham on the final day. City will be flat after losing the cup final. "They need to get themselves back up for those games and finish the job off. There’s a lot to play for in the next week and a lot of money at stake. "At the moment I think Man City will just get in there, I think Newcastle will get in there and I think Aston Villa might just sneak in. I think Forest might just hamper Chelsea next weekend and Aston Villa should win at Old Trafford, everyone is beating Man United at the minute."
