THIS is the horrifying moment a woman appears to be battered by a golf club as she gets in the way of a sword fight.
The terrifying footage was captured in the Priesthill area of Glasgow last week.
A man appears to be wielding the weapon whilst on a housing estate.
Residents witnessing the chilling moment unfold in daylight hours attempted to film the events.
As the motor of a dark coloured hatchback speeds aggressively into view, two thugs can be seen running towards two others.
One of those attempting to run away suddenly trips and falls to the ground, whilst someone lurches at them.
The other continues sprinting past.
As the person on the ground attempts to escape, they fall to the floor a second time.
The yob holding a golf club then raises this above his head aggressively preparing to whack the fallen individual.
They then all collide before two machete-wielding men begin to face off.
Again, one of them stumbles to the ground but quickly manages to get up.
He is also hit again causing him to fall to the ground and curl into a ball.
The stunned onlooker can be heard saying: "He's going to hit that lassie, he's just hit her with a golf club. F*** sake."
Whilst trying to flee the scene, the woman appears to be battered by a golf club across her body.
Screams can be heard from the distance as others watch the violence escalate.
With the woman lying on the floor, the attacker seems to run off.
Cops attended the scene after reports of a disturbance in the early evening.
However, the chaos was over by the time they had arrived.
An investigation is underway after a cordon was erected around the scene.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 6.45pm on Friday, 11 April, 2025 we were called to a report of a disturbance in the Elliston Avenue area of Glasgow.
"Officers attended however there was nothing going on at the time. Extensive enquires were carried out but the men have not yet been traced.
