The National Testing Agency (NTA) released the results of the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test, Undergraduate (NEET UG 2025) today, June 14. Bachelor of Pharmacy (B Pharm)

The pharmaceutical industry is a rapidly expanding sector, and pharmacists educate healthcare professionals on drug interactions and side effects. They also manage pharmaceutical storage and distribution in hospitals, retail pharmacies, pharmaceutical companies, and research labs. B Pharm graduates can expect a salary between Rs 2.5 and Rs 4 lakh per annum, with experienced professionals earning significantly more.
BSc Biotechnology
This interdisciplinary field focuses on biological systems to develop innovative solutions in medicine, agriculture, and environmental sectors. Biotechnologists work in pharmaceuticals, healthcare companies, research labs, biotech firms, and agricultural industries. One can expect a basic salary ranging from Rs 2.5 LPA to Rs 5 LPA. It can go up to Rs 15 LPA with experience.
Psychology (BA/BSc/MSc)
Psychologists work closely in hospitals, schools, corporate sectors, research institutions, and private clinics with individuals, families, and groups to improve their psychological well-being. They specialise in diagnosing and treating mental health disorders like anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder. Depending on experience and specialisation, the salary of psychologists can range from Rs 3 LPA to Rs 15 LPA.
BSc Medical Laboratory Technology (BMLT)
You can also take admission in the BMLT course and work in diagnostic labs, hospitals, research institutions, and pharmaceutical companies. Medical laboratory technologists help doctors detect what’s wrong with their patients, performing various laboratory tests on blood, urine, and tissue samples. Entry-level salaries range from Rs 2.5 to 4 lakhs per annum, climbing significantly to Rs 6 to 8 lakhs with experience.
