CHELSEA'S Champions League qualification clash with Nottingham Forest has been picked for TV. The Premier League has confirmed which fixtures will be broadcast on the last day of the season. Chelsea's visit to Nottingham Forest will decide which team qualifies for next season's Champions League. The match will be shown on Sky Sports, with the broadcaster also set to air Liverpool vs Crystal Palace. Kick-off times for the two fixtures remain the same - Sunday 4:00pm - with all ten matches starting at the same time. There are five teams battling for a place in the top five, which guarantees Champions League football next season.
