Super Eagles defender, Kenneth Omeruo has advised compatriot, Victor Osimhen, to choose Chelsea over Arsenal.
According to Omeruo, Osimhen stands a better chance of silverware at Chelsea, who won the UEFA Conference League on Wednesday night.
Osimhen enjoyed a scintillating 2024-2025 season on a year-long loan at Galatasaray, scoring 35 goals in 39 appearances as the club claimed the domestic double.
The Napoli striker has hinted at a possible departure from Turkey at the end of his loan spell, sparking interest for his services among some of Europe’s top clubs, including Chelsea and Arsenal.
Omeruo, who spent seven years as a Chelsea player, advised Osimhen to choose the club over their North London rivals.
“Of course, Chelsea!” he told SportyTV when asked which of the clubs he preferred for his compatriot.
He added, “Arsenal needs him, but I want him to win trophies.
“Right now, he’s the best striker in the world for me.”
